we think that if you're gonna let us hang OUT IN some of the most special moments of your life, you should probably get to know us.

We both met in high school and got married in December of 2016. Yes, we got married SUPER young! And it’s been the best thing ever. So far we’ve been able to grow up together, learn how to cook real meals (other than kraft dinner) together, travel together, and overall do this “adult” thing by eachother’s side.

Ever since we started dating, we’ve been big on “team”. We love people and we love God. So, alongside photography and filmaking, we work together at a church in Kelowna called “The House” as Next Gen Pastors. As photogtaphers/videographers we love being able to work together and be a part of the most special moments of peoples lives. We’re proud to say that our clients don’t just stay in front of our camera but they often become our friends. We’ve gained so many new friendships with the coolest people through being able to work together!

You can most often catch us on date night at Virtuous Pie, or MeeT becuase we are both vegetarian and seriously can’t get enough of those two restaurants. We grew up in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia but recently moved to Kelowna, BC and are excited to capture moments in both the Valley and Kelowna. We love animals, maybe a little too much, and we’re okay with that.

A type two on the enneagram, Matt is the guy who will always hold the door open at Starbucks for you (and he’ll wait for you from miles away). If you didn’t assume already, he’s a Hufflepuff.

He is a geek when it comes to anything technology related and has been put to good use in emergency wedding slideshow and sound technical diffuculties. He is constantly yearning to travel the world. His cup is always half full (usually with black coffee) and is a keener for finding the best deal.

Whales and puns are his favourite and that is probably why he got some whales to help ask Morgan to be his girlfriend (whale you be my girlfriend)!

A type three on the enneagram, Morgan is a perfectionist and won’t settle until things are done the best they can. She is also a Slytherin, but don’t hold that against her.

She is a little (okay a lot) addicted to Franks Red Hot Sauce, a lover of the ocean and everything in it, obsessed with anything that is of the animal species, and will always be caught with Kat Von D’s liquid red lipstick in her bag. She died her hair blonde at the beginning of 2019 and has never looked back.

She’s been crushing on Matt since grade 9 and has never stopped crushing on him since.

Hunter is a 3 year old Golden Retriever. He joined the McDonald family freshly after Matt and Morgan got married. He forced them into buying a king sized bed because he wouldn’t let them sleep alone.

In everyway that makes him a classic dog (like chasing squirrles, sticking his head out the window, loving pets on the tummy), he is also the most unique dog you will ever meet.

Hunter often believes he is a human and would definitley be sorted into the Hufflepuff house if it came down to it.
